THE NORTHERN TUNDRA (TNT) is a Montreal-based musical project by guitar player Sherif El Maghraby. TNT bases all compositions around two basic principles:

1. Simplicity: Less is more. Every idea is explored to its fullest, taking its time to establish the scene and letting the audience take it in without rushing.

2. Mood: The energy, the vibes, the emotions surrounding the creation of track and how they are communicated is of vital importance. Every track attempts to convey an emotional moment to the listener.

The music generally conveys feelings of aggression, speed, stealth, darkness, determination and confrontation.
