Shipping Policy

 

Domestic Shipping Policy:

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.  Please note that the 2-3 day processing time WILL STILL APPLY to orders placed with overnight delivery. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

The Northern Tundra ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.  We will not ship to a P.O. box under any circumstance. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

The Northern Tundra is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The Northern Tundra is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

The Northern Tundra is proud to ship to anywhere in the world.

International orders (including Puerto Rico & US Possessions) are subject to a 4-6 business day processing time.  

Orders shipping to international locations (including Puerto Rico & US Possessions) are exempt from free shipping promotions or any shipping related promotion.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF THE MERCHANDISE BEING PURCHASED IS LEGAL IN THE JURISDICTION (NATIONAL, STATE/PROVINCIAL, & LOCAL) IN WHICH THE BUYER RESIDES.  

By placing an order with The Northern Tundra you acknowledge this and agree to hold the company harmless in the event of merchandise being seized by the customs facility in your country or any country in which your shipment may pass through.  Order tracking is not available once the package leaves the United States for orders with destinations to the following countries: India, Russia, Philippines, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, China, and Costa Rica.  If you place an order with us and the destination is in one of these countries you will NOT receive tracking information for your order.  Furthermore, if your package is not received and the destination is one of the aforementioned countries you will NOT receive a refund from The Northern Tundra.  By placing an order on www.thenortherntundra.com you acknowledge this risk.
